I had a thought today about the powerful benefits of herbal medicine and alkaline eating and living. The most humane, sustainable, nutritious and overall beneficial diet is composed of fruits, vegetables, and nuts. Our composition is water-based, so we need oxygen and hydrogen based foods to regenerate us and cleanse the blood pumping through our bodies. We are performing most optimally when we eat only what our bodies need. The problem is that the acidic foods we eat make our brain crave more candida, fungus, un-natural foods.
Our society is plagued with sickness and gluttony. We have, simply put, been conditioned to believe that what may stimulate us is good for us. We enjoy being pleasured and acting on our preconditioned desires that are inculcated in our high-technology, provocative, diseased society. Self-awareness requires being present inside your body. That looks like eating until my body has had enough and I am full.
Let’s all take a look at the world and examine our relationship with earth and our relationship with each other. Changing your lifestyle and eating habits will completely change your perception and your idea of health. We are not inclined to sickness. It comes from our environment and our perception of our environment. As you know, we naturally manifest life with our thoughts. If your environment is acidic, and you consume acidity (music, food, relationships) then you will too be acidic. Simple, seasonal eating is best. Be vibrant.
